Matthew Settle is an actor who is currently playing the character of Rufus Humphrey on Gossip Girl. Matthew has a very handsome face but what I love most about him is his sexy smile. He also has a rockin’ bod but he’s not showing it off on Gossip Girl, which is too bad. But all things considered, I think he’s hot!
