Baywatch megastar David Hasselhoff struts his shirtless self outside his resort in Miami, Fla. His rep lately mentioned that the 56-year-old actor has never had plastic surgery. “Maybe a bit of Botox here and there,” the rep said, “but absolutely no face-lift, he hasn’t had one! No work at all.”
